Objective/Purpose:
The Production Manager will be responsible for the audio, lighting and technical operations for entertainment events, including those at District Live and will be responsible for the recording studio activities.

Areas of Responsibility:
Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for all audio, lighting, and technical operations at Plant Riverside and District Live.
- Establish the necessary audio reinforcement equipment and lighting systems for all activations and maintain an inventory control system.
- Maintain all audio equipment.
- Lead set up and tear down of audio equipment owned by the hotel.
- Communicate with all production, tour, artists and vendors to confirm and organize technical support
- Act as a liaison to outside production companies utilizing equipment/space.
- Coordinate all recording/radio station activities
- Maintain studio equipment including licensing software.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department, creating action plans to increase studio usage.
- Coordinate studio schedule and assign appropriate engineers on a per use basis.

Supervisory / Leadership Responsibilities:
Supervisory and leadership responsibilities include achieving results through providing direction and accountability of the following Grand Performers within the culture and policies established by the Kessler Collection.
- Production Technician 2
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Certifications, Work Experience
- High-school diploma or GED- Required
- 3 years of relevant work experience in similar scope and title-preferred
- 1 years of experience in operating audio-visual systems such as theatre lighting - required
- Experience in hotel setting- preferred
Work Environment / Conditions:
The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience.
- Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise without the use of a private office.
- Must be able to cope with frequently changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism and collaboration.
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors throughout the year, including irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
- Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands of more than 40 hours.
