Job Description — Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the following overarching functions within their assigned scope:

• Material Handling (i.e., staging and returns)

• Inventory Control (i.e., cycle counts, racking utilization, disposition of materials)

• Logistics (i.e., receiving, shipping, and scheduling of shipping/receiving)

The assigned scope for material handling will be a specific manufacturing line. The assigned scope for inventory control will be for an assigned warehouse. The assigned scope for logistics will be for all receipts and shipments.

Other Specific Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities under the Material Handling umbrella include (but are not limited to):

• Staging material by picklist for assigned production lines.

• Returning materials to general storage after work orders are completed.

• Transferring and organizing inventory as needed.

• Material replenishment during production

Specific responsibilities under the Inventory Control umbrella include (but are not limited to)

• Completing cycle counts on a weekly basis.

• Cleaning system inventory as required in the form of scrapping out or cycle counting in inventory.

• Completing racking utilization reports on a weekly basis.

• Disposing of scrapped material.

Specific responsibilities under the Logistics umbrella include (but are not limited to)

• Coordinating and receiving inbound inventory in conjunction with purchasing.

• Coordinating and shipping outbound inventory in conjunction with customer service.

• Loading and unloading trucks.

• Scanning and forwarding necessary documentation to applicable parties regarding inbound or outbound freight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
