Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring their well-being in a safe and nurturing environment. As a Home Caregiver, you will be instrumental in promoting independence and improving the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation and activities to improve the client’s quality of life.

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

• Administer medication reminders and help with daily routines as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

• Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).

• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor or healthcare team.

• Follow client care plans and document services provided in accordance with company protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training in caregiving or a relevant field preferred.

• Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and families.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if required for travel to client locations).

• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
