Landscape Management Account Manager
Pay: $54,600.00 - $87,300.00 per year
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Planted Earth Landscaping is seeking a full-time Landscape Account Manager responsible for developing client relationships, maintaining existing clients, and ensuring the high quality of gardens in an efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report directly to the Landscape Management Division Manager regarding all matters, including progress, issues, and logistical requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure the longevity of the client base.
Generate ideas, estimate, propose, and sell value-added enhancement projects to improve the function and aesthetics of clients' properties.
Work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for Owners, Clients, and Client Representatives.
Conduct quality control and site visits to identify landscape needs or issues, and monitor and adjust irrigation systems to ensure the optimal health of all plant material and turf throughout the season.
Train and develop subordinates on best practices and company standards.
Manage residential tree care and snow removal during winter months.
Perform other duties as required, including but not limited to pruning, integrated pest management, horticultural knowledge, plant identification, and other job-related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established enhancement sales goals quarterly, maintain a minimum profit margin monthly, and achieve high customer satisfaction and client renewal goals annually.
Maintain a growth mindset, aspiring to excellence, growth and development, and continuous improvement.
Be a highly motivated individual, self-driven, and detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), Aspire, PipeDrive, and other necessary computer programs, or ability to learn.
Demonstrate good time-management skills, troubleshoot issues and obstacles, and provide immediate and long-term solutions while prioritizing and multi-tasking effectively.
Be punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and backgrounds.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture and/or 5 years of field experience exhibiting strong management and leadership potential.
Extensive knowledge and experience with mowing, pruning, botany, pest identification and management, tree/shrub/herbaceous plant, and grass identification and knowledge.
Experience with truck and trailer operation.
Certified Professional Horticulturist certificate preferred
Certified Landscape Technician certificate preferred
Must be able to work outside in a rigorous environment, lift 50 lbs. regularly, and perform repeated bending and lifting activities throughout the workday.
Spanish language communication fluency
