Duties
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and transcribe meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
- File and organize documents, maintaining an efficient filing system for easy retrieval.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Provide front desk support as needed, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Skills
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to transcribe notes accurately and type efficiently.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Familiarity with general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Excellent project coordination abilities to support various initiatives within the organization.
