Plantscapers Inc., a leader in interior plant design, is looking for a creative and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. Role Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be an integral part of our growth, managing both marketing initiatives and sales support. This role is perfect for a multitasker who thrives in a collaborative environment. From crafting engaging social media content to supporting the sales team with visual presentations, staying organized, and quotations, you’ll have a hand in all things green and growing!

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Management:
- Manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging posts that reflect our brand voice and highlight our projects
- Maintain and organize digital marketing assets and collateral
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and manage newsletter distribution
- Analyze social media, website and email campaign performance and suggest improvements
Sales Support:
- Assist with the preparation of sales quotations to existing and new clients
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information and track sales progress
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by coordinating client communications
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Create presentations of projects in Canva, Power Point and or Adobe Photoshop
General Coordination:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials
- Assist with event planning and execution for client and industry events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles
- Proficient in software: Klaviyo, Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, Office 365
- Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Jobber, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States and have a valid Driver’s license
Bonus Points:
- Additional Administrative Experience
- Experience in using Jobber and/or QuickBooks or software for estimating and proposals (not accounting functions)
- Passion for plants, design, and the green industry is a big plus! (either interior or landscaping)
- Any interior plant or landscape knowledge
- Any interior design experience
