Responsibilities of Materials - Customer Service Specialist
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and requests related to materials and product availability, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the materials management and production teams to ensure seamless communication of customer needs and expectations.
- Facilitate the resolution of any materials-related issues or discrepancies that impact customer orders or delivery schedules.
- Monitor and report key metrics related to customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, and order accuracy to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
