We are seeking an experienced Financial Statement Specialist to join our team at Plastech Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Manage the month-end process, including system lockdown, calculations, and posting to the general ledger.
- Research variances and analyze data to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Support and assist with other accounting functions as needed.
- Lead the Annual Audit for the company, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Process approved wire transfer payments and reconcile checks.
Requirements
- A two-year degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Two years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
- DATABASE application experience, preferably with Infor M3 or Global Spreadsheet Server, is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
