- Completed all paperwork and computer/data entry into IQMS on work performed
This position involves working on a rotating schedule, which includes swing shifts with two days on first shift (7:00am to 3:30pm) and two days on second shift (3:00pm to 11:30pm). External candidates receive a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment, provided they meet performance and attendance requirements.
Requirements:
- A 2-year technical school certificate or diploma in tool making or machine tool technology
- Master Cam experience beneficial but not required
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in plastic injection tooling revisions and repair
- Print reading skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong knowledge of tooling required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English job instructions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
