ADVANCED PROCESS ENGINEER – AUTOMOTIVE INJECTION MOLDING
The Advanced Process Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of process technicians to drive scrap reduction, increase productivity, reduce waste and downtime, and ensuring the highest of quality standards are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Train and manage process technicians for Injection Molding
- Make data driven decisions to implement changes to optimize cycle times and material usage, reduce downtime and waste, and other CI projects.
- Investigate and resolve defects, working with maintenance and quality teams to address root causes.
- Assist in new production setups, ensuring processes align with company quality and safety standards.
- Implement preventative measures to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS :
