PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER
Northeast of Atlanta
Salary : $110-150 K bonus
Our client is an industry leading, family owned plastics manufacturer. This is a brand new facility! They are seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the technical production process and lead a small team of engineers. This individual will report directly to the plant manager. This is a hands on, process engineer / industrial engineer leadership role. Come be a part of a great and growing team!
Process Engineer Responsibilities :
- Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality, and R&D, to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Understanding of electrical (sensors, motors, PLC's, etc.).
