We are an upscale Plastic Surgery practice in Aventura, Florida, looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our luxury-focused team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an unparalleled experience for our discerning clientele, supporting both surgical and non-surgical services in a polished and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clinic Preparation & Organization
• Assist with patient intake, including taking medical history and patient photos
• Confirm medical clearances for surgical patients
• Follow up with cosmetic and injectable patients
• Assist the surgeon during in-office procedures
• Respond to patient inquiries
• Stock clinic rooms
  
  

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Medical Spa preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to multitask
• Passion for Aesthetics and providing luxury-level service
