We are an elite plastic surgery practice, seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to enhance and grow our online presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand awareness and online presence.
  • Manage and create engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools and analytics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns and content that align with our practice’s goals and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Create engaging content in the form of reels, carousels, and stills.
  • Coordinate and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and ad performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Report on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus.
