We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI.
About the Job
Location: Dundee, MI
Pay:$18.75-$20.25 per hour
Shift:3-2-2-3 Schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
Day Shift: 7am-7:30pm
Night Shift: 7pm-7:30am

Job Responsibilities
Operate plastic recycling equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments and basic repairs as needed
Operate forklift to move materials for processing
Feed lines with high-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin
Resolve machinery and quality problems in the production area
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing production experience
Forklift experience required
Excellent social and interpersonal skills
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
Ability to climb ladders (10 feet) to operate equipment
