The Role
As an Extrusion and Blow Molding Technician, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain high-tech machinery to produce high-quality plastic containers. You will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to identify ways to improve safety, efficiency, and waste reduction.

Requirements and Qualifications
- You must have at least one year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation, preferably in a technical role.
- Bonus points if you have experience working with extrusion or blow molding equipment.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are essential.
- You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, although this is not a daily requirement.
Benefits and Compensation
- Your starting salary will be $22 per hour, based on experience.
- You will receive extra $1.50 pay for night shifts.
