Role Description
The Extrusion and Blow-Molding Technician will be responsible for operating various top-of-the-line extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment. This role requires a strong background in production equipment operation, with a minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The Extrusion and Blow-Molding Technician will be responsible for monitoring equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers.
Responsibilities
- Operate various top-of-the-line extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment.
- Monitor equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Assure customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights and dimensions.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience operating production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
