Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Directing daily plant operations to ensure compliance with targets, safety, and quality standards
- Maintaining regulatory compliance
- Leadership and management, including training, developing, and hiring staff
- Oversight of equipment maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering (preferable) or significant experience in a related field
- Proven experience in a plant management role
