Position : Accounts Payable Analyst II
Location : Fort Worth Texas
Salary : $26.50 – 29.80 / Hour
Reporting Relationship : Kimberly Golden (Controller)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Analyst is an integral member of the accounts payable team, responsible for managing and executing accounts payable processes in compliance with established accounting principles and organizational policies. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational / leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will manage vendor payments, credit card reconciliations, and cash disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while fostering positive vendor relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle tasks critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth vendor relations. Key duties include, but are not limited to :
Accounts Payable Processing
- Enter vendor bills and credit memos into the accounting system (NetSuite) accurately and promptly.
- Process vendor payments by preparing approved payments, checks, and electronic transfers.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger by verifying entries and comparing system reports to ensure balances align.

Reconciliation and Reporting
Communication and Collaboration
Special Projects and Continuous Improvement
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The ideal candidate will possess the following :
o Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, charting).
o Familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a strong advantage.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
