We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Staff to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. You are a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. Previous customer service experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon entry of hotel to provide positive first impression.
- Assist guests with the arrival and departure from hotel.
- Take hotel reservations via telephone confirming guest information, room selection, price, and guarantee method.
- Understand the importance of responding quickly to guest needs and complaints.
- Maintain sincere interest in providing stellar customer care.
- Ability to process information quickly and accurately.
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
