-$15.00 WITH NO EXPERIENCE, WITH RAPID PAY INCREASES BASED ON PERFORMANCE
- WITH INSULATION EXPERIENCE UP TO $25.00 D.O.E. = DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
PICK A DAY & GIVE THE JOB A TRY BEFORE YOU DECIDE IF IT IS A FIT FOR YOU & IT IS A PAID DAY.
Load and unload insulation materials into trucks.
Prep work for installation, may include foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, installing baffles, etc.
Cut sections of Batt insulation to the proper fit, install in walls, ceilings and floors as required.
-Install mesh fabric (or netting).
-Using Spray Foam.
-Load blower machine with fiberglass and regulate flow of materials; Blow to appropriate depth/density.
-Install vapor and air barriers as needed.
-Use common hand tools such as knives, scissors, saws and staple guns.
-Properly maintain equipment and tools.
-Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
-ensure clean job sites.
-Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Fulltime Position! Monday –
-Part Time is available
-Good work ethic and positive attitude is a PLUS!
-Valid Driver’s License is required
-Construction experience is not a must, but is a PLUS!
-Ability to work in tight crawl spaces and it can be dirty at times.
