A globally recognized law firm with a market-leading Finance practice spanning the U.S. and Europe.
1) Fund Finance Attorney - group represents agents, lead arrangers, and lenders on subscription credit, capital call, and other fund finance facilities for private equity, real estate, and other investment funds of all sizes : Advise clients on structuring and negotiating fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, hybrid facilities, and other related financing arrangements. Draft and review complex financing documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2) Private Fund Debt Finance Attorney - seeking a strong background in transactions that deliver debt financing solutions to fund sponsors and investors, including collateralized fund obligations, rated note feeders, and NAV facilities. Experience working with private equity fund sponsors or lenders to such sponsors is essential, along with a solid understanding of (or strong interest in) structured finance and capital markets. Candidates should be proficient in reviewing private equity fund documentation and drafting debt financing agreements, including ancillary documents.
3) Securitization / Structured Finance Attorney : seeking experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate transactions, and / or real estate matters. While expertise in CLOs, CMBS, repos, or other asset-based lending finance is a valuable asset, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
