Our client, an AmLaw 100 global law firm, is seeking experienced associates and counsel to join its structured finance team in New York. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 3 years or 5 to 7 years of experience, particularly those who have represented financial institutions in various capacities, including issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers, within asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. Candidates with a background in general capital markets or leveraged finance who have an interest in esoteric securitization are also encouraged to apply.
Key Areas of Practice:
- Esoteric capital markets securitization (public and private placements)
- Whole business securitizations
- Digital infrastructure and media royalty securitizations
- Structured private credit facilities
Qualifications:
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Previous experience at a large law firm is essential

Salary: $225,000 to $420,000 plus bonus
