📌 Real Estate Associate Attorney
🚀 We are actively recruiting a Real Estate Associate Attorney for the Miami or Boca Raton offices of a growing firm.
Our client law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Real Estate Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience handling complex real estate matters, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of real estate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
- Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
- Advise clients on real estate financing structures, including commercial mortgage-backed securities, mezzanine loans, and private equity investments.
- Assist with commercial leasing transactions, including office, retail, and industrial lease negotiations.
- Work closely with lenders, developers, and investors on real estate development projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
- Collaborate with other practice groups, including corporate, tax, and litigation, to provide comprehensive client solutions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligibility for admission.
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial real estate law at a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience with title, survey, and due diligence review.
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
