1) Fund Finance Attorney
- group represents agents, lead arrangers, and lenders on subscription credit, capital call, and other fund finance facilities for private equity, real estate, and other investment funds of all sizes : Advise clients on structuring and negotiating fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, hybrid facilities, and other related financing arrangements. Draft and review complex financing documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2) Private Fund Debt Finance Attorney
3) Securitization / Structured Finance Attorney
seeking experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate transactions, and / or real estate matters. While expertise in CLOs, CMBS, repos, or other asset-based lending finance is a valuable asset, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
4) Repurchase Facility / Asset Based Finance / Capital Markets Associate (3 Years) :
seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in representing banks and financial institutions in matters relating to master repurchase agreements, whole loan trades and other secured lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated law firm experience in warehouse lending transactions back by commercial and residential real estate loans and in structured repurchase transactions. Experience in CRE CLO, CLO, CMBS, SFR, MSR, Whole Loan Trades and other ABL finance experience is a plus.
5) Real Estate Finance Associate (4 Years) (NY) : seeking a mid-level / senior commercial real estate finance associate or counsel-level attorney with experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and / or other regulated or non-regulated lenders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and / or participation of commercial mortgage, construction and / or mezzanine loans. Exposure to the representation of commercial real estate developers, owner / operators and borrowers is a plus.
