Platinum Parking is searching for an Assistant Controller for the Dallas Office.
Starting Salary is 70k & commensurate with experience

The Assistant Controller assists the Controller in financial and risk management operations to maximize office and stakeholder resources. The Assistant Controller will maintain accounting controls and provides accurate financial information to management and stakeholders to facilitate decision making.
Assistant Controller Job Duties :
- Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Prepares, analyzes, and consolidates monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports
- Provides relevant information to CPA firm in order to meet tax deadlines
- Assists in maintaining internal controls
- Cash forecasting / budgeting
- Vendor management
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications of the Assistant Controller :
Bachelor s degree in accounting or business, or equivalent business experience and 7 years of progressively responsible experience.
CPA certification strongly preferred.
Thorough knowledge of GAAP and management accounting. Strong ability to present financial information to a variety of audiences
Proficient in the use of QuickBooks, Net Suite or similar accounting software, and Microsoft Office software
High levels of integrity and trustworthiness
Proficient in project management
Attention to detail
Ability to deal with ambiguity
