Overview
The role of General Managers is to oversee and implement extensive training and development of a team of Sales associates, Service Managers, and Field Technicians. Develop and implement service & sales strategies to meet customers' needs and improve overall service to ensure a positive customer experience. The General Manager will be the team's primary point of contact. Evaluate team to ensure Platinum Pest Solutions scope of service continues to meet or exceed quality, integrity, and efficiency standards

Supervisory Responsibilities:
o Hires and trains new employees.
o Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
o Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
o Handles discipline of employees. All terminations require Human Resources approval in advance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
o Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
o Oversees the shipping and receiving functions.
o Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
o Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
o Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold.
o Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies.
o Performs other related duties as required.
Quota Achievement
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPI’s) and or targets.
o Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve defined KPI’s and or targets.
o Hires and trains new employees.
Prospecting and Lead Generation
o Identify and pursue potential clients through suggestive selling of additional services that would benefit customers.
Client Consultation
o Observe the property and consult with customers to identify pest.
o Clearly communicate findings to clients, explaining the recommended pest control solutions.
Daily Oversight
o Ensure scope of service is being properly and safely performed
o Responsible for any overtime and labor percentages for team.
o Oversight of all daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI’s
o Enforce quality control standards
o Conduct random inspections and quality control checks
Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers.
o Be kind to all by ensuring excellent customer service
Product Knowledge
o Ability to read material safety sheets and follow manufactures directions for handling dangerous chemicals.
o Stay current on any new promotions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
