Technical Recruiter
Location; Santa Clara, CA
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as a partner with client groups, recruiting business partners, and the recruiting team.
- Partner with client groups to advise on candidate pipeline trends, changes with employment landscape, hiring strategy and best practices.
- Manage requisitions from sourcing, screening and qualifying, to offer proposal and generation, following the recruiting process.
- Full life cycle recruiting supporting hardware and software engineering roles.
- Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines while delivering a uniquely exceptional and personalized candidate experience.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process and working within the hiring process. Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing candidates in the ATS, preparing a compensation analysis, engaging immigration and export compliance partners when necessary, to close of candidate.
- A strong partner with our client groups to ensure transparency and open communication on expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years' experience as a Recruiter hiring for G&A, technical and non-technical roles.
- Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Prior experience recruiting for roles within Engineering, IT, Semiconductor.
- Prior agency and/or technical industry experience.
- Prior experience supporting recruitment for domestic and international roles.
- Prior experience utilizing Workday ATS.
- Strong sourcing experience.
- Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
- Agency industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work with others.
- A strong attention to detail and an analytical mind.
- Excellent time and project management is a must. This role will be exciting, challenging, and multifaceted. To be effective, this individual must have a proven ability to be highly effective in managing his / her time and ongoing project deliverables.
Salary : $43 - $48
