Job Description:
Join our team as a Technical Recruiter and become a key partner to our client groups, recruiting business partners, and the recruiting team. In this role, you'll work closely with client groups to provide insights on candidate pipeline trends, employment landscape changes, hiring strategy, and best practices. You will manage requisitions from sourcing and screening to qualifying candidates and generating offers, ensuring a seamless recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full life cycle recruiting for hardware and software engineering roles.
- Develop robust candidate pipelines while providing personalized attention to each candidate.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including maintaining candidates in our ATS, preparing compensation analyses, and engaging with immigration and export compliance partners when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and client groups to ensure clear communication and transparency.
- Pay strong attention to detail and leverage your analytical skills.
- Exhibit excellent time and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deliverables efficiently.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience as a recruiter, hiring for G&A, technical, and non-technical roles.
- Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting components such as sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Prior experience recruiting for roles within Engineering, IT, and Semiconductor sectors.
- Experience working in an agency or technical industry environment.
- Proven track record supporting recruitment for both domestic and international roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing Workday ATS.
- Strong sourcing experience.
Salary : $30 - $35
