Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 60-100 inbound calls daily from our independent distributors.
- Look up product part numbers, place orders, and process payments.
- Address customer service concerns as they arise with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in inbound sales call center or taking product orders.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn computer systems and order processing best practices.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient PC skills; experience with multiple order entry and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to accurately enter orders received via phone, fax, and email.
