Sales Associate / Fashion Buyer
Responsibilities and Duties:
To inspire, inform and educate our current social media audience, grow our following and increase in store customer traffic.
10-15 hours per week spent in-store with flexible schedule approved by manager
Posting requirements: 3 per day with multiple images, emphasis on Stories and Reels
All postings with quality picture/video with corresponding caption & tags with correct spelling/grammer. All posts must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance & items must be properly tagged, labeled, and placed on social media rack
Steady growth of (authentic) followers – minimum of 50 new followers each month for Instagram
No more than 2 consecutive days not in-store (aside from approved time off, vacation requests, & emergencies)
Timely response to all comments & DMs (any customer interaction with the page(s) aside from likes)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
