Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Product Lister to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately represented and accessible to customers. This position requires detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Product Lister, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience by providing clear and accurate product information. Pay is $14 per hour. Typical work week is 20 plus hours per week, hours available between 7:30AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Job Description:

As a Product Lister, you will be responsible for reviewing and listing products for sale using Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and our own website platforms. This role involves creating accurate and compelling listings, ensuring that they are optimized for maximum visibility and sales. The position will work with some oversight, but independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Listings: Develop and manage Amazon, Walmart, eBay and our own website listings, including writing detailed and accurate product descriptions, selecting appropriate categories, and optimizing keywords for search visibility.
• Set Shipping Details: Specify shipping options and policies, including setting up business policy templates for efficient processing.
• Monitor Listings: Keep an eye on active listings to ensure accuracy and relevance, and revise them as needed to improve performance.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries from potential buyers in a timely and professional manner, helping to drive conversions.
• Assist with Inventory: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and updated in the system. Help with inventory reconciliation.
• Data Entry: Learn/use inventory management software to efficiently enter product details into catalog.
• Knowledge: Gain knowledge of LEGO in order to properly identify products to customers.
• Take accurate photos of items as needed.
• Be a team player and assist other departments when needed.
• Show your professionalism and enthusiasm to deliver great results.

Qualifications:

• Previous e-commerce experience, including listing creation and optimization, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy a must.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate inventory management and transaction processing.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years relevant data entry experience.
• Proficient in Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Google).
• Proven ability to multi-task under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Experience with detail oriented data entry work.
• Must use critical thinking skills to prioritize work needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with online inventory system STRONGLY PREFERRED.
• Reliable transportation.
