Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled a Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, and provide exceptional service.
Duties:
- Serve drinks in a timely manner to customer liking.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender/Server or in a similar role highly needed
- Knowing Point of Sale systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Be on time
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy hours
