Description
POSITION SUMMARY : The Maintenance Engineer performs routine to complex maintenance and repair work on all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems within the facilities and to accomplish all functional duties. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

- Knowledge of electrical principles and safe practices
- Possess and demonstrate appropriate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic and other skills
- Ability to develop and execute innovative solutions to engineering problems under Chief Engineer's direction
- Responsible for maintenance, repair and inspection of all machinery, equipment, and all aspects of the physical plant as directed
- Log, maintain logs and report status of various aspects of the physical plant
