The PVC Dip Operator position is responsible for completing the hang, dip, unhang, trim, and packaging operation on the plastisol line located in the manufacturing facility.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hanging and removing parts on the moving conveyor line per line tracker instructions.
- Inspect for quality at time of hanging, and on trim table after dipping.
- Use air dry patch to patch voids on parts.
- Use utility knife to trim drips off edges of finished parts.
- Using a hand drill to install metal tags to appropriate parts.
- Label and stack finished parts on pallet and wrapping/scanning.
- Assemble parts as required using hammer.
- Keep area clean and neat at all times.
- Willing to work a variety of hours as necessary to meet customer demand.
- Work in fabrication or paint area as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma or equivalency preferred. Will consider work experience in lieu of education.
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
- Ability to count and measure equipment.
