In This Exciting Role, You Will
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at schools, parks and recreation departments, and other potential customers.
- Present our industry-leading playground equipment, surfacing solutions, and other recreation products to clients.
- Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
- Build a strong territory and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Contribute to the growth of PlaySouth and our partner, BCI Burke, a leading playground equipment manufacturer.
- Competitive commission-based compensation with a guaranteed monthly minimum during the first year, and the opportunity to earn six figures.
- Comprehensive training program, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

- Proven success in outside sales, preferably in the playground industry, construction, or landscape architecture product markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel 60-75% of the workweek within your assigned local territory.
