Duties and Responsibilities
- Ticket Review & Evaluation : Thoroughly review and evaluate tickets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance of Communication : Monitor and assess the quality of communication across channels to ensure professionalism, clarity, and alignment with company standards.
- Feedback & Coaching : Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance and maintain quality benchmarks.
- Identify Trends & Opportunities : Analyze recurring patterns and trends in operations to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
- Maintain Standards & Guidelines : Ensure all activities comply with company standards and established guidelines, while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Actively monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, mitigating potential risks and ensuring operational integrity.
