Duties and Responsibilities
- Stand-up and grow our social communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, etc.
- Own the Win Zone Blog! Plan out, write and publish an exciting Blog that highlights the Win Zone product, game launches, community, events, etc.
- Creating content: Developing and posting new content, including visuals and copywriting.
- Planning: Developing a social media marketing plan, including monthly content plans for various social accounts, contests to engage and excite the communities, and activities that promote growth.
- Analyzing and setting KPI targets.: Analyzing the success of social media marketing campaigns based on strong KPI goals centered around growth and engagement.
- Connecting: Connecting with the community and engaging with followers and customers on our official social media sites as well as “unofficial”
- Responding: Responding to comments and resolving customer queries
- Staying current: Keeping up to date with social media trends
- Using tools: Using social media marketing tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social
- Customer-oriented
- Desire to measurably influence the success of a growing company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams across multiple functions
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to schedule and successfully manage to that schedule
- Ability to work well with offsite cross-functional teams
- Adept at problem-solving and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs/timelines to make decisions and meet quality standards
- Team player and self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Passion and technical understanding of social and mobile games
- Ability to travel to events as needed

- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- BS or MS in a Communication or Marketing
- 2 years experience in service-driven field in the gaming or hospitality industries
