Working closely with in-house design and copy teams, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, growing our social media audiences, and fostering an active and enthusiastic online community.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that align with marketing goals and brand identity.
- Plan and manage the content calendar for all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Create and curate engaging multimedia content (e.g., images, videos, graphics) in collaboration with design and copy teams.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively implement innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Track, report, and present key metrics and insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Support & collaborate with the full marketing team in the creation and delivery of marketing materials.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social (preferred), Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform tools).
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, including content creation and audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging copy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Must live in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area
- Must obtain a valid passport as this position requires 20% travel
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
