Our exciting platform lets players enjoy a rich suite of games with opportunities to earn real prizes. We're a lean team of passionate social casino and tech enthusiasts excited about building a new and engaging gaming platform. As we build our operations and marketing team, we are looking to add an enthusiastic person to grow, activate, and engage our Win Zone community. Duties And Responsibilities
- Stand up and grow our social communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, etc.
- Own the Win Zone Blog! Plan out, write, and publish an exciting Blog that highlights the Win Zone product, game launches, community, events, etc.
- Creating content: Developing and posting new content, including visuals and copywriting.
- Planning: Developing a social media marketing plan, including monthly content plans for various social accounts, contests to engage and excite the communities, and activities that promote growth.
- Analyzing and setting KPI targets.: Analyzing the success of social media marketing campaigns based on strong KPI goals centered around growth and engagement.
- Connecting: Connecting with the community and engaging with followers and customers on our official social media sites as well as “unofficial”
- Responding: Responding to comments and resolving customer queries
- Staying current: Keeping up to date with social media trends
- Experience growing social media communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Desire to measurably influence the success of a growing company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams across multiple functions
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to schedule and successfully manage that schedule
- Ability to work well with offsite cross-functional teams
- Adept at problem-solving and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs/timelines to make decisions and meet quality standards
- Team player and self-starter with a high level of initiative
- Passion and technical understanding of social and mobile games
- Ability to travel to events as needed
- Metrics-driven mindset
- Using tools: Using social media marketing tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- BS or MS in a Communication or Marketing
- 2 years experience in service-driven field in the gaming or hospitality industries
