Your expertise in the Auto, CPG, and Retail verticals will be essential as you master our publisher ecosystem, products, and packages, ensuring you can deliver high-impact solutions in both Direct IO and programmatic advertising. Leveraging this experience, you’ll work closely with our advertising partners to understand their needs and objectives, developing and presenting tailored media programs that align with our commercial strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team and leadership, representing Playwire to clients and agencies as a trusted advisor, committed to delivering exceptional results.
Must live in the Chicago area.
Essential Functions :
- Drive revenue for our publishers by farming existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the reach within the Auto, CPG, and Retail verticals
- Diligently tracks and manages advertiser deal pipeline via CRM to accurately measure and forecast all developing opportunities
- Initiates and develops new relationships with key clients and agencies within the Midwest
- Executes strategies for growth, including hunting for new opportunities as well as building upon established relationships
- Secures strategic-level relationships with senior client contacts within the account list or territory region.
- Leads discussions on upfronts, intents to spend, strategic revenue partnerships coming in with the accounts, and holding companies and clients directly.
- Acts as a consultant to their clients and communications best practices accordingly
- Adheres to a threshold of meetings and emails each week to stay in front of key partners.
- Oversees individual marketing collateral, proposal, and media plan development to ensure organizational compliance; collaborates with Account Managers to ensure alignment
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, particularly within the Auto, CPG, and Retail verticals, to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
