Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Director of College Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and engaging applicants to enroll in College. This position requires a blend of project management skills, educational expertise, and a passion for working with students to foster their career development. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for enrolling and recruiting applicants, assisting with organizing recruitment events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a successful recruitment process.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans targeting colleges and universities to attract diverse candidates.
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and workshops.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty to understand student needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Conduct presentations to educate students about career opportunities and the application process.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline by tracking candidate progress, maintaining records, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Write compelling job descriptions and promotional materials to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and values.
- Assist in curriculum development for training programs aimed at preparing students for the workforce.
- Engage in grant proposal writing to secure funding for recruitment initiatives or student programs.
- Provide administrative support related to recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
Requirements
