This position works 12 hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday. Shifts available for 7 : 00AM-7 : 00PM and / or 7 : 00PM-7 : 00AM.

The Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) is an integral part the leadership and care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. You will work to ensure the care of the clinical team and residents. As an RN Weekend Supervisor you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care and leadership in and interdisciplinary environment including :
Assessment
Mentoring
Supervision
Covid19 planning and remediation
Leading in the absence of the DON
Mentoring clinical staff
Care Planning
Implementing Care
Managing Patient Care
Quality Improvement
Problem Solving
Bedside Nursing
Medication Administration
Treatments
Required qualifications :
