We're seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistants (RCA) to join us in our mission to support and enhance the lives of our assisted living and independent residents.
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality services are a way of life for our community, where every staff member's interaction with residents and family members reflects our compassion and respect for our residents.
A Caregiver is trained to provide personal care and services to residents in the community according to a documented individualized service plan.

Duties:
- Obtains vital signs, records cares and medications, and notifies the supervising nurse of deviations per Individual Service Plan (ISP).
- Assisting with activities of daily living when needed, such as: dressing, meal prep, showers, reminders, cleaning, medication reminders/administration/documentation, laundry, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Follows the resident’s individual service plan.
- Follows the daily tasks developed for each resident.
- Communicates with the appropriate supervisor about changes in the resident’s status/needs.
- Exhibits a caring and respectful attitude toward the other staff, resident's family members, residents and their property.
- Upholds confidentiality of residents and coworkers, HIPAA.
Qualifications
- Must work well with elderly, families and co-workers
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
