Pleasant Valley Junior High School
- English/Language Arts Teacher (8th Grade)
- Must hold a valid Iowa teaching license including K-8 Language Arts or the 5-12 English/Language Arts endorsement

Please share a lesson plan you would or have utilized with a group of students to address the following standard and learning target:- Standard: RL.7.4: Determine the meaning of words and phrases as they are used in a text, including figurative and connotative meaning; analyze the impact of specific word choice on meaning, tone and mood, including words with multiple meanings within a text.
