About the Role:
As a Staff Development/Infection Control Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective training program for new and existing clinical staff. You will provide reporting and recommendations to the Administrator concerning in-service training programs and submit requests for tools, training, and resources required to meet professional standards. Additionally, you will assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the in-service education programs that inspire staff and promote high competencies in skilled nursing and long-term care.
