Job Description
** Sign On Bonus of $6,000 **
RN or LPN MDS Coordinator **RAC-CT Preferred but not required**
Monday - Friday days

Qualifications
- Must be a licensed nurse in good standing with the State of Kansas.
- Knowledge and experience in MDS management
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- RAC preferred.
- Supervisory and management experience and skills are preferred.
- Must have ability to communicate in English (speak, read, write).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal record check.
- Could work into full time
