Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Library Media Specialist located in Memphis, TN. The Library Media Specialist will be responsible for managing library services, developing and implementing school library media programs, and delivering lessons to elementary students. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and maintaining the library collection and promoting a love for reading and lifelong learning.
Qualifications
- Library Science and Library Services skills
- Experience in School Library Media and Library Management
- Experience teaching elementary students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
