We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Patient Coordinator or Dental Receptionist to join our team at a busy dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations. This role requires familiarity with dental terminology and Dental office management to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient administrative support.
Duties but not limited to:
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dentist's calendar effectively.
- Handle patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental or similar dental software.
- Process Dental collections and verify insurance information.
- Assist with Dental coding and billing as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator or Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Open Dental or other Dental office management software.
- Knowledge of Dental coding practices is a highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.55 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
