Position:
PleasureLand RV Center is currently looking for a full time Marketing Manager. This position would give direction and develop the company’s overall marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is energetic and driven and is wanting to help our organization continue to prosper and grow.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the development of a strong brand that strengthens our company image and customer relationships, while differentiating us from other dealerships.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing directives from managing, maintaining, and developing the marketing budget to working with outside vendors and agencies to develop all branding and promotional materials.
- Provide analytics, strategies and ideas to ensure that we are keeping up with the current marketing trends.
- Be the contact for all marketing needs internally. Working with the different departments to establish and execute a marketing plan, in coordination with the overall company plan, that targets key market segments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to excel at details and work under pressure.
- Must have some experience and be skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated individual
- Strong communication skills with all levels of the company including vendors/manufacturers. Both Verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude
