We are currently hiring for a Parts Manager. This position manages the parts store and its inventory as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations are met while providing them with a great experience. Essential Job Functions :
- Manage all pieces of the parts department ensuring that parts displays are up to date, the parts store is fully stocked and staffed for all shifts.
- Maintain inventory by the accuracy of the cycle counts, and ordering parts as needed.
- Work with the Director of Parts and Service on marketing strategies as well as proposing monthly parts specials and updating them within the parts system.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers both in store and on the phone by answering all parts related questions and needs. Ensuring customers are up to date on the status of their ordered parts and when their part arrives in store.
